Sean Metz is a Licensed and Bonded Legal Document Assistant, Notary Public, and Loan Signing Agent serving various California title companies, including Old Republic Title and First American Title. He brings over six years of combined experience working with a Probate & Estate Planning Attorney and a Southern California paralegal firm.

Sean earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and later completed his Paralegal Studies program at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

A Long Beach native, Sean grew up traveling to countries such as Peru and Mexico. These early experiences exposed him to diverse cultures and perspectives, enriching his understanding of different backgrounds, life experiences, and languages.
